nnnok Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and nnnok ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to all services, games, promotions, and functions made available through the nnnok website at nnnok.ws. 1.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

nnnok is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing the first withdrawal. The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• A copy of your national identity card (NID) or passport.
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document.
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).

1.3 Account Security

3.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your nnnok account are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The following rules apply uniformly to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

5.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the nnnok platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, and the nnnok brand name, is the exclusive property of nnnok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of nnnok.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nnnok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service caused by events outside nnnok's reasonable control (including network outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events). nnnok's total liability to any Member in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless nnnok and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

5.4 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the nnnok Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting nnnok customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of notification, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution procedure outlined in nnnok's support documentation. nnnok's decisions on matters of Platform rules, bonus eligibility, game outcomes, and account status are final and binding subject only to any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
